Why is there only a small setup fee?
The build runs on the same automated pipeline as your monthly operations — no designers billing hours, no copywriter charging by the page, no project manager. The setup fee covers subdomain provisioning, one-time configuration, and the initial publish. From $49 (Basic) up to $399 (Professional), it’s a fraction of what an agency would quote for the same scope.
What edits are included in my plan?
Submit any content change through your dashboard — hours, services, prices, photos, copy, new staff bios, holiday promos. Basic & Starter = 1 edit/month (48h SLA), Essentials = 2/month (24h), Growth = unlimited (12h), Professional = unlimited (4h). No edits counted on Growth/Professional, no ‘but that’s out of scope’.
What’s the difference between MANAGED, BASIC, STANDARD, and ADVANCED SEO?
MANAGED (Basic plan only) means SEO lives wholly inside our Google account — you still get the on-page basics, we just own the property. BASIC (Starter / Essentials) covers on-page SEO on your meekodigital.com subdomain. STANDARD (Growth) adds sitemap submission, JSON-LD schema, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile setup. ADVANCED (Professional) adds keyword research for 10 target keywords, a monthly SEO performance report (PDF), and rank tracking on those keywords.
Can I add features without changing plans?
Yes — add-ons like rush delivery, logo design, copywriting, extra pages, or online booking are available on every plan from your dashboard. Pay once for delivery extras, or pay monthly for booking. No tier upgrade required.
What’s NOT included?
Anything that breaks the automated model: discovery calls, strategy meetings, paid ad campaign management, social media management (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), professional photography, 50+ SKU e-commerce, or anything requiring a custom mobile app. The dashboard will point you to partners for any of those.
Can I really not get on a call?
Correct. The whole model works because every interaction is async and runs through your dashboard. That’s how we offer 24–72 hour delivery and 4–48 hour edits at this price. If you need a discovery call, we’re not the right fit.
What happens at the end of year 1?
Your plan rolls to month-to-month at the same price. You can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice via your dashboard. You keep your content and your analytics history — the site stays yours.
