Why is there no build fee?+
Because the build is part of the same automated pipeline that runs your monthly operations. No designer billing hours, no copywriter charging by the page, no project manager. Your monthly plan covers it.
What edits are included in my plan?+
Submit any content change through your dashboard — hours, services, prices, photos, copy, new staff bios, holiday promos. Most go live in 24 hours (12 hours on Pro). No edits counted, no ‘but that’s out of scope’.
What’s NOT included?+
Anything that breaks the automated model: discovery calls, strategy meetings, paid ad campaign management, social media management (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), GBP posting, review responses written for you, custom apps, 50+ SKU e-commerce, brand-new logo design, and professional photography. The dashboard will point you to partners for any of those.
Can I really not get on a call?+
Correct. The whole model works because every interaction is async and runs through your dashboard. That’s how we offer 48-hour delivery and 24-hour edits at this price. If you need a discovery call, we’re not the right fit.
Who replies when I message support?+
Your dashboard. Replies typically arrive within minutes and include full context on your site, edit history, and recent performance. Anything that needs deeper review is auto-escalated and resolved within one business day.
Do I have to switch hosts?+
Yes — your site lives on our managed stack. That’s how we can ship edits in 24 hours and run hosting, security, SEO, monitoring, and backups end-to-end. The transfer is automatic during build.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?+
Yes, anytime via your dashboard. Prorating is automatic. Most accounts start at Starter or Growth and move up as traffic grows.
What happens if I cancel?+
Submit cancellation through your dashboard with 30 days’ notice. Your domain, content, photos, and analytics are exported automatically and handed back to you. No exit fee, no drama.
